About Green Line Training Institute (GLTI)
Established in 2017, Green Line Training Institute is committed to delivering high-quality training services aligned with the needs of Oman’s labor market. The institute leverages a robust technical infrastructure, a team of qualified educators, and strong partnerships with both governmental and private organizations, as well as donor agencies.
Over the years, GLTI has earned the trust of key authorities and funding institutions. It is officially accredited by the Ministry of Manpower and the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation (MOHERI). The institute also holds national and international accreditations, including the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) and EAL.
Since 2021, Green Line Training Institute has been recognized by the Oman Energy Association (OPAL) as a ‘Gold’ rated training provider under the OPAL STAR system.
We are certified and approved by reputable organizations including OPAL, PDO & RTITB as HSE training providers in Oman. Our commitment to excellence and safety is reflected in our comprehensive training programs, which are designed to build a strong health and safety culture across diverse industries in the Sultanate of Oman.
Green Line Training Institute offers OPAL Unified HSE Passport courses, which are recognized and accepted by all Oil & Gas operators in the Sultanate of Oman. In addition, GLTI provides International HSE programs, Non-PDO / Non-OPAL courses, and specialized short courses tailored to meet the needs of the Oil & Gas sector as well as other industries.
Our HSE training center is located in Ghala, Muscat & Qarn Alam. Training can be also offered on sites/ locations within the Sultanate of Oman as per the client’s requirements.
Our HSE training programs are strategically designed to strengthen organizational safety performance by equipping employees at all levels with the knowledge, competence, and practical skills required to proactively identify, assess, and control workplace risks, ensuring compliance, operational continuity, and a strong safety culture.
