Implementation

Coordinate with the Ministry Of Manpower (MOMP) job seeker database.

Screen and filter candidates based on specialization and region.

Conduct multi-level assessments to evaluate candidates’ knowledge, skills, and attitudes.

Shortlist candidates based on assessment results and conduct personal interviews.

Facilitate final interviews with potential employers and sponsors (funders).

Assign successful candidates to suitable groups to begin the training programs.
